Cancellation Policy

When you book with us at 123 Events Atlanta, we dedicate our time and resources exclusively to your event, ensuring that your specific date and time are reserved solely for you. This means turning away other potential clients due to our commitment to your event. To compensate for potential losses should you decide to cancel, we require a booking fee/deposit/retainer of $100 to be paid upon booking. Should you, the Client, decide to cancel the event, you must immediately notify 123 Events Atlanta in writing (an email will suffice). If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled event date and the full Service Fee has not been paid, you are required to pay the remaining balance of the Service Fee immediately, along with any travel expenses incurred, as compensation for services received. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the $100 retainer to 123 Events Atlanta, and neither party will have any further obligations under this Agreement. Forces Majeure: Neither 123 Events Atlanta nor the Client shall be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling the terms of this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, or other acts of God. This also includes any other causes that cannot be prevented with reasonable diligence, whether mentioned here or not. In the event of such circumstances, 123 Events Atlanta is entitled to retain any retainer amounts previously paid by the Client. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the Client's Event to a future date, should such a situation arise.
